人类老年性耳聋遗传易感性研究进展

摘要

Age related hearing loss (ARHL) is caused by the aging of the hearing system. With the advent of the aging society, more and more people begin to pay attention to ARHL. It is a complex disease, which is related to many factors including environmental and genetic factors. Although with the increase of age auditory sensitivity decreases gradually, hearing threshold changes vary considerably between different individuals, which can be partly explained by genetic susceptibility. In recent years, many new advances have been made in the study of genetic susceptibility to ARHL. This article will review the research on the ARHL in China and abroad.%老年性聋是指因听觉系统老化而引起的耳聋，随着老龄化社会的到来，老年性聋越来越受到人们的重视。老年性聋病因复杂，与多种因素有关，可能是环境因素和遗传因素共同作用的结果。尽管随着年龄的增加听觉敏感度会逐渐下降，但是听阈的变化在人群中具有很大的差异，这种差异可以部分用遗传易感性解释。近年来国内外有关老年性耳聋遗传易感性的研究取得了很多新的进展，本文对近年来国内外学者对人类老年性耳聋的研究成果进行综述。
