深度水解蛋白配方奶粉与妈咪爱联合干预对牛奶蛋白过敏致特应性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of combined intervention with deep protolysate for-mula milk powder and medilac-vita on atopic dermatitis caused by cow's milk protein allergy.Methods Totally 1 10 cases that had been hospitalized in our hospital due to atopic dermatitis caused by cow's milk protein allergy from December 2012 to December 201 5 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the re-search group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group stopped the former for-mula milk power and changed to the deep protolysate formula milk powder;while medilac-vita was added to the research group on the basis of the milk powder for control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Re-sults After treatment,SCORAD score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05),and the total effective rate of the research group (81.82%)was higher than that of the control group (58.18%),both differences being statistical(P <0.05 ).Conclusion Combined intervention with deep protolysate formula milk powder and medilac-vita has significant effect on patients with atopic der-matitis caused by cow's milk protein allergy,so it has clinical popularization value.%目的：观察深度水解蛋白配方奶粉与妈咪爱联合干预对牛奶蛋白过敏致特应性皮炎的治疗效果。方法2012年12月至2015年12月梅州市人民医院儿科收治牛奶蛋白过敏致特应性皮炎患儿110例，随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组停用原配方奶粉，改用深度水解蛋白配方奶粉；观察组在此基础上应用妈咪爱。1个疗程为4周。结果观察组治疗后特应性皮炎评分分值显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率为81.82%(45／55)，高于对照组58.18%(32／55)，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论深度水解蛋白配方奶粉与妈咪爱联合干预在牛奶蛋白过敏致特应性皮炎患儿中具有显著的应用效果，适于临床推广。
