Objective: To investigate the current status of magnetic level in tertiary general hospitals and analyze the influence of nurses' general characteristics on it, and to provide reference for improving the magnetic level of hospitals. Methods: Totally 1 830 clinical nurses from fve tertiary general hospitals were enrolled to complete general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Essentials of Magnetism Scale (C-EOM). Results: The total average score of C-EOM was (1.88±0.69); the highest score was "control over nursing practice", the lowest score was "cultural values"; multiple regression analysis showed that academic qualifcations, employment status, working experience and marital status were the influencing factors of different dimensions of the C-EOM, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: The magnetic level of hospitals was generally lower and the general characteristics of nurses had little influence on it.%目的:调查三级甲等综合医院的磁性水平并分析其影响因素,为提高医院磁性水平提供参考.方法:采用一般资料问卷和中文版医院磁性要素量表对 5 所三级甲等综合医院的 1 830 名临床护士进行调查.结果 :医院磁性要素量表总均分为(1.88±0.69)分,其中得分最高的维度是"护理实践的管理",得分最低的维度是"文化价值观";多元回归分析显示学历、任职方式、工作年限及婚姻状况分别为中文版医院磁性要素量表不同维度的影响因素(均 P<0.05).结论 :医院磁性水平总体偏低且护士一般资料对医院磁性水平的影响较小.
