目的:对毛菊苣地上部分的化学成分进行研究.方法:运用多种柱层析方法进行分离纯化.通过1H.13CNMR 等波谱技术进行结构鉴定.结果:从毛菊苣地上部分的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为莴苣苦素(1),山莴苣苦素(2),七叶内酯(3),菊苣苷(4),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(5),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(6),异槲皮苷(7),异鼠李素(8),槲皮素(9),肌苷(10),对羟基苯甲酸(11).结论:化合物4-11为首次从毛菊苣中分得,5-6,8-11为首次从菊苣属中分得.%AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Cichorium glandulosum Boiss. Et Huet. METHODS: Various column chromatographic methods were applied for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as lactucin (1), lactucopicrin (2), esculetin (3), cichoriin (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (5), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (6), isoquercitrin (7), isorhamnetin (8), quercetin (9), inosine (10) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (11). CONCLUSION: Compounds 4-11 were obtained from this plant firstly and compounds 5-6, 8-11 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
