消化性溃疡患者的心理防御方式与潜在人格的相关性研究

摘要

目的：了解男性消化性溃疡患者的心理防御方式和这些方式与潜在人格结构的关系。方法：以39例男性消化性溃疡患者与同一区域、同年龄组、同婚姻状态、同受教育年限配对设对照组。用心理防御方式问卷(DSQ)和主题统觉测验(TAT)进行测查。结果：溃疡组使用不成熟型防御显著高于对照组(p＜0.01)；溃疡组中防御方式多与主题统觉测验中的压力相关 (p＜0.01)，成熟型防御的应用水平低下。结论：不同的潜在人格有不同的心理防御方式的运用，提示在消化性溃疡患者的心理治疗中应该加强其自身人格的完善和对应激策略适应的训练。%Objective: To explore defense styles and underlying personal ity in p atients with peptic ulcer. Method: Thirty-nine patients with pe ptic ulcer and 39 age, education, region and marriage matched normal control were investigated by Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) and Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ). Results : Compared with normal control, patients applied more immature defense (p＜0.01) and less mature defense. The defense styles of patients group had a correlation with the pressure factor of TAT (p＜0.01). Conclusion: Patient s with peptic ulcer incline to immature defense, which is related to their personality traits.
