Factors such as one - sided understanding about medical humanities concern, public health emergencies , special medical service objects, irregular shifts and lack of social supports, make medical workers are in a long time the state of mental stress, which may cause a series of mental disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and bad interpersonal relationship and so forth, all of these problems could affect their quality of life and the quality of work.
