目的:研究卧位GE XR650型DR的技术要点及其临床应用价值.方法:通过大量的临床病例实践,采集数据并进行后处理重建,讨论数字断层融合和双能量减影技术在临床诊断治疗中的价值.结果:新技术拍摄处理的图像清晰度高,宽容度大,显示的信息量多,比普通X线平片的优质图像率明显提高,其中寰枢关节、踝关节、髋关节、胸部、骶椎等部位图像有显著差异.结论:GE XR650型DR是影像医师明确诊断和减少重复检查的重要保障,也为治疗方案的正确选择提供了重要依据,解决了临床工作中的难点,消除了诊断盲点,是目前其他同类DR产品所无法比拟的.%Objective To discuss the technical points and clinical value of the recumbent GE XR650 DR firstly introduced into China by Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital. Methods With the data post-processing and reconstruction performed, the clinical values of digital tomosynthesis and dual -energy subtraction technique were explored. Results The new technology made the photographs clearer and gifted with increased latitude, which were significantly different when used for atlanto-axial joint, ankle joint, hip joint, breast, sacral vertebrae, etc. Conclusion GE XH650 DR gains absolute advantages over other DR.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011 ,32( 12) = 136-137]
