Objective To develop a CT shelter to improve the capacity for disaster medical assistance and reduce disability rates. Methods The CT shelter was composed of CT machine, image processing system, distribution system, film printer and so on, with a double-extended shelter as the carrier. The schemes for the internal equipment layout and deployment of the CT shelter were put forward, and the fixation and vibration damping of the main equipment were designed. The protection was realized by the lead plate on the wall and the lead glass. Results The experiments proved that the CT shelter could meet the desired technical requirements. Conchusion The CT shelter shows its importance for the improvement of the emergency mobile hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces.%目的:研制CT方舱,提高灾害现场医疗救助的能力,降低伤残率.方法:从技术指标层面,提出了武警CT方舱以双面扩展式方舱为主的基本技术方案;通过调研论证,确立了CT机、影像处理系统、CT设备的配电系统、胶片打印机等主要设备的研制方案;提出了方舱内部设备展开和撤收布局方案,并对主要设备的固定和减振进行了设计;根据射线防护要求,提出了舱内各侧壁铺设铅板,控制室内采用防护铅玻璃等综合防护设计方案.结果:通过一系列试验,表明武警CT方舱已达到预期技术指标要求.结论:武警方舱医院CT方舱的研制成功对提升方舱医院医疗救助能力发挥了重要作用.
