基于柯氏音的电子血压计系统设计

         

摘要

Objective To design an electronic sphygmomanometer of Korotkoff's sound in order to realize vibration-based blood measurement.Methods The vibration sensor was used to acquire Korotkoff's sound,and the pressure sensor was used to obtain the gas pressure.Then the values for SBP and DBP were got by the simultaneously collected cuff gas pressure wave at their feature-corresponding points.Rsults The measured value of this device was close to that of the mercury sphygmomanometer.Conclusion It's feasible to use the electronic sphygmomanometer of Korotkoff's sound based on vibration method to measure blood pressure.%目的:设计柯氏音电子血压计系统,以实现用振动的方法测量血压.方法:用振动传感器采集柯氏音,用压力传感器采集袖带气体压力,通过对所采集的脉搏振动波与袖带压力波进行分析,得到收缩压和舒张压的波形特征,然后读取起点、终点及起点与终点同一时间点的袖带气体压力值,即为收缩压、舒张压.结果:该系统的测量结果比较接近于水银血压计的测量值.结论:进一步研究表明用振动法测量血压的可行性.
