基于BI的医院数字化智能管理系统设计

摘要

Objective To realize digital,precise and intelligent hospital management.Methods The hospital management decision support information system was developed with commercial intelligent technologies,data warehouse,online analysis and processing,data mining and etc.Results The cost of the hospital was decreased while the efficiency was increased.Conclusion Digital and intelligent management depends on complete infrastructure data and optimized data model.%目的:摒除以往纯粹经验式的粗犷化管理弊端,实现数字化、精细化、智能化的医院运营管理.方法:以商业智能技术为基础,借助数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘等先进数据处理分析技术,构造医院运营管理决策支持信息系统.结果:降低了医院运营成本,提高了绩效水平.结论:做好数字化智能管理,还需进一步完善底层数据质量,优化数据模型.
