脉冲静电振动按摩仪治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the pulsed electric therapeutic massager on the early and intermediate knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 44 diseased knees from 24 patients were treated with the pulsed electric therapeutic massager,with the course of 14 d,the frequency of once a day and the treatment time of 20 min.The clinical effects were evaluated before and after the treatment.VAS was used to evaluate the pain degree,Lysholm score of knee joint and AROM were used to assess the dysfunction,and the ultrasonography for the muscle and bone were used to determine the synovium thickness and effusion quantity in the articular cavity or suprapatellar bursa.A total of 19 patients with 36affected knees were followed up,while the data for the third ultrasonography one week after the treatment were missed.Results There were significant differences between the scores of VAS,AROM and Lyshlom before and after the treatment,and the ultrasonography showed that the synovium thicknesses and the effusion quantities were both significantly decreased.Concusion The pulsed electric therapeutic massager can reduce the symptoms and pathological damage in the articular cavity and then delay degeneration.%目的:观察脉冲静电振动按摩仪治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将24名早中期膝骨关节炎患者(共44例患膝)给予脉冲静电振动按摩治疗.14 d为1个疗程,每天1次,每只患膝治疗20 min.分别于治疗前、治疗结束时对受试者进行临床疗效评价.评价指标:采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度;采用Lysholm膝关节评分和主动关节活动度(AROM)评定功能障碍程度;肌肉骨骼超声检查滑膜厚度、关节腔及髌上囊的积液量.随访19名患者,共36例患膝,缺失治疗后1周的肌肉骨骼超声的第3次检查.结果:治疗结束或随访时,患者的VAS、AROM及Lyshlom评分较治疗前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义;治疗结束时,超声结果显示滑膜厚度缩小,关节腔及髌上囊积液量减少,差异具有统计学意义.结论:脉冲静电振动按摩仪能减轻症状、减轻关节腔的病理损害,进而延缓退变.
