The evaluation index system of "The Protection and Management Planning of Sanqingshan World Heritage Nomination Area" is established from the three aspects of the management system, the technical system, and the social system, and the index system is divided into three levels. The weights of indicators of the three levels are calculated with the analytic hierarchy process, and on this basis the effect of the planning implementation is measured. The study suggests that the overall implementation effect of the planning is good, but the implementations of the projects of land use, cover change and ecological migration in the technical system and the social system are the weak points and need to be further strengthened. Finally the future direction for further actions is proposed according to the current situation.%从管理体系、技术体系以及社会体系3个方面构建了《三清山世界自然遗产提名地保护管理规划》的评价指标体系,该指标体系共分为3级.研究运用层次分析法计算了各级指标的权重,在此基础上,对该规划的实施效果进行了测度.研究认为,该规划总体实施效果较好,但技术体系和社会体系中的土地利用/覆盖变化以及生态移民等项目实施力度较差,有待进一步加强.最后,针对实施现状,提出了今后进一步行动的方向.
