代替式分流制排水系统在市政景观项目中的应用——以“珠海市横琴新区滨水地区及道路系统景观规划设计”为例

         

摘要

Similar to the American mode! of "low-impact development", the French "techniques alternatives" refers to an ecological drainage system with "source control". "Techniques alternatives" increases the natural drainage of rainwater in its every source area, reduces the pressures on the downstream city sewerage system as well as the potential water pollution, alleviates the impact of heavy rains and floods, recharges the groundwater, and protects the ecological system. "Techniques alternatives" is in line with the policy of sustainable development and green infrastructure in China's urbanization. In this paper, the "waterfront district and road system landscape planning and design of Hengqin New District in Zhuhai" is used as an example to elaborate the concept, function, and structure of this ecological drainage system, as well as its application in infrastructural landscape projects.%法国的“代替式分流制”雨水排水系统类似于美式的“低冲击开发模式”雨水排水系统,它们的特点是以生态方式对雨水排放进行“源控制”,增加雨水在各个源头区域内的自然排放量,降低下游市政管道的排放压力和径流污染,减少城市雨洪灾害,并能更好地补充地下水,保护生态环境.这种生态型雨水排水体制,符合中国“可持续发展”“绿色市政”的建设方针以“珠海市横琴新区滨水地区及道路系统景观规划设计”为例,初步论述这一排水体制的概念、功能、结构以及在市政景观项目中的应用.
