脉冲式治疗超声联合微泡对犬前列腺血流灌注的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the prostatic blood perfusion of dogs after the treatment of microbubbles enhanced therapeutic ultrasound using contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods Prostates of six anesthetized male adult dogs were surgically exposed. Pulsed therapeutic ultrasound was used to treat the prostates for 10 minutes combining with microbubbles injection. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was performed on the prostates before and after treatment. Time-intensity curve, time to peak and area under curve were analyzed using QLAB software. The prostates were then harvested for histological examination. Results Time to peak and area under curve decreased significantly after treatment (P<0. 05). Histological findings were disruption of small vessels, hemorrhage in mesenchyme, and visual red blood cells in glandular cavities. Conclusions Microbubbles enhanced therapeutic ultrasound can significantly reduce prostatic blood perfusion of dogs.%目的 采用超声造影评价脉冲式治疗超声联合微泡对犬前列腺血流灌注的影响.rn方法 6只健康成年雄性犬开腹暴露前列腺后,经静脉持续推注微泡0.1 ml/kg的同时,予以脉冲式治疗超声直接接触辐照前列腺10 min,辐照前后行超声造影检查,分析时间-强度曲线,记录峰值强度、达峰时间、曲线下面积,治疗后光镜下观察前列腺病理改变.rn结果 超声联合微泡作用于前列腺后,造影剂达峰时间由(29.7.1±11.55)s缩短至(16.57±6.16)s(P<0.05),曲线下面积由(2 113.62±630.79) dB·s减小至(1 659.78±506.74)dB·s(P<0.05);病理检查可见前列腺内微小血管破裂,红细胞漏出,间质广泛充血,部分腺腔内可见红细胞.rn结论 脉冲式治疗超声联合微泡可以产生微小血管损伤,显著降低前列腺血流灌注量.
