酸角品质评价指标的选择

         

摘要

在云南省内采集89份酸角样品,测定单果重、果实厚度、果实宽度、单果种子数、种子质量百分比、果肉质量百分比、果实长度等9项品质评价指标.采用相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法对数据进行分析.相关分析结果表明,单果重与果实厚度、果实宽度、单果种子数、果实直线长间相关性极显著,果肉质量百分比与厚宽比间相关性显著,果肉质量百分比与种子质量百分比间负相关性显著;主成分分析结果表明,前4个主要成分的累计方差贡献率达90.51%,即代表了全部信息的90.51%;聚类分析结果表明,通过聚类分析中的欧氏距离平方、类间平均链锁法,9项品质指标聚为4类,最终将9项指标简化为单果重、果肉质量百分比、种子质量百分比和厚宽比4项具有代表性品质评价指标.%To study the quality evaluation indices of Tamarinds indicia Linn, 89 samples of tamarind in Yunnan Province were collected, and 9 quality evaluation indices including fruit weight, fruit thickness, fruit width, the number of seed, the percentage of seed, the percentage of flesh, and fruit long, etc. Were tested. Those data of tamarind quality evaluation were analyzed by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive relation between fruit weight and the fruit thickness, fruit width, the number of seed, fruit long and the percentage of flesh, there were significantly positive relation between the percentage of flesh and thickness-width ratio, and there were significantly negative relation between the percentage of flesh and the percentage of seed. Principal component analysis showed that the first four principal component variance accumulation According to their squared Euclidean distance and between-groups linkage of cluster contribution rate amounted to 90.51%, which reflected 90.51% of the quality analysis, the tested 9 indices were divided into 4 types, which were finally simplified to 4 representative quality evaluation indices-fruit weight, the percentage of flesh, the percentage of seed, and thickness-width ratio.
