生长调节剂对2个扶桑品种扦插繁殖的影响

摘要

Hibiscus rosa-sinensis ‘Yukarin’ and ‘Summer Yellow’ (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) were chosen as cutting material and the cutting slips were treated with the growth regulator NAA to increase their rooting percentage and their subsequent growth performance. The results showed that the best concentration of NAA for the cutting propagation of these two varieties was 800 mg/L, at which the varieties had a cutting survival rate of 78.3% and 93.3%, and produced 7.33 roots and 17.67 roots, respectively.%为提高扶桑扦插生根率及其后续生长表现,使用生长调节剂NAA对2个扶桑新品种‘Yukarin’‘Sum-mer Yellow’插穗进行浸泡。结果发现：2个扶桑品种扦插繁殖生长调节剂NAA的应用最佳浓度为800 mg/L,可提高‘Yukarin’扦插成活率至78.3%、‘Summer Yellow’至93.3%；增加‘Yukarin’生根数量至7.33、Summer Yellow’至17.67条/株。
