By studying the characteristics of agricultural industry organization and technology promotion both inside and outside China, this paper combined the process and current situation of agricultural industry organization and technology promotion in China. This paper attempted to explore the agricultural extension system which was suitable for China's socialist market economy, by stimulating the enthusiasm and intrinsic potential of agricultural scientists, agricultural technology promoters and farmers to improve the popularity and conversion rate of agricultural scientific research.Increasing the quality of agricultural labor force to maximize the promotion of China's agricultural modernization, the protection of rural green agriculture sustainable development.%通过研究境内外农业产业组织化和技术推广的特点,结合我国农业产业组织化和技术推广的历程与现状,本文试图探索适合我国社会主义市场经济下的农业推广体系,通过激发农业科研人员、 农业技术推广者以及农民的积极性和内在潜力,提高农业科研成果的普及和转化率,以全面提高农业技术推广者和农业劳动力的从业素质,以最大程度地推动我国农业现代化的发展,保障农业、 农村的绿色可持续性发展.
