普外科腹腔镜治疗急腹症的临床疗效探究

摘要

Objective: Key to explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with acute abdomen.Methods: Select treated in our hospital patients with acute abdominal pain as the research object, the acute abdominal disease patients into two groups, implement different operation.Results:In the control group was only 76.92%, significantly less than 98.08%of the group.The control complica-tion rates as high as 17.31%, significantly less than 3.85%of the group.Conclusion:the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery in pa-tients with acute abdominal pain, is worth promoting.%目的：重点探索在急腹症患者中实施腹腔镜手术的效果。方法：选取在我院接受治疗急腹症患者当做研究对象，将急腹症患者分成2组，实施不同的手术。结果：对照组的优良率仅仅达到76．92％，显著低于观察组的98．08％。对照组的并发症发生率高达17．31％，显著低于观察组的3．85％。结论：在急腹症患者中实施腹腔镜手术的疗效显著，值得推广。
