甲状腺癌外科治疗的体会

摘要

Objective:To summarize the experience in the surgical method of thyroid cancer and etc.Methods: From November to 2013 to 2008 October in our hospital 108 cases of surgical treatment of patients with thyroid carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Re-sults:90 patients were followed up.The follow-up time was 6 months -6.3 years.Differentiated carcinoma 5 years survival rate was 99.7%, undifferentiated carcinoma 5 years survival rate was 96%, medullary carcinoma and 5 year survival rate was 86.2%.104 pa-tients insist on taking thyroxine tablets.Conclusion:The surgical therapy is the main treatment for thyroid carcinoma, differentiated thy-roid carcinoma 5 year survival rate.%目的：总结甲状腺癌的外科经验及方法等。方法：对2008年11月～2013年10月，我院外科治疗的108例甲状腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果：90例患者获得随访，随访时间6个月～6．3年。分化型癌5年生存率为99．7％，未分化癌5年生存率为96．0％，髓样癌5年生存率为86．2％。104例患者坚持服用甲状腺素片。结论：外科治疗是甲状腺癌的主要治疗方式，分化型甲状腺癌5年生存率较高。
