清气化痰汤联合氨溴索注射液治疗咳嗽、哮喘临床应用

摘要

Objective:To study the qing qi phlegm decoction combined ammonia bromine line injection in the treatment of cough and asthma clinical application effect, provide reference for clinical work.Methods:From January 2012 to December 2012, 80 cases of our hospital during the period of clinical symptom is given priority to with cough and asthma patients as the observation object of this study, ac-cording to admission order divided into control group and observation group and control group, 40 cases in the control group given pure am-monia bromine injection treatment, observation group based on the use clean gas phlegm decoction, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and patients with pulmonary function changes.Results:(1) In the observation group, 13 cases, 17 cases had marked effect, 8 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95%, significantly higher than the control group (87.5%, 35/40), with statistical significance (P <0.05).(2) before the treatment, two groups of patients with FEV1 and no obvious difference between FEV1 /FVC, after treatment, the observation group FEV1 and FEV1 /FVC respectively (77.25 +7.51) % and (68.73 +6.27)%, were significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical significance ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:Qing qi phlegm decoction combined ammonia bromine cable injection can relieve the clinical symptoms, cough, asthma and significantly improve lung function, the treatment effect is exact, is worth popularizing in clinical application.%目的：探讨清气化痰汤联合氨溴索注射液在咳嗽、哮喘临床治疗中的应用效果，为临床工作提供参考。方法：选取2012年1月～2013年12月期间我院收治的80例临床症状以咳嗽、哮喘为主的患者作为本组研究的观察对象，按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组各40例，对照组给予单纯氨溴索注射液治疗，观察组在此基础上加用清气化痰汤，对比2组患者的临床疗效与患者肺功能的变化。结果：（1）观察组中，痊愈13例，显效17例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率为95％，明显高于对照组（87．5％，35／40），具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。（2）治疗前，2组患者的FEV1与FEV1／FVC之间无明显差异，治疗后，观察组的FEV1与FEV1／FVC分别为（77．25±7．51）％与（68．73±6．27）％，均明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：清气化痰汤联合氨溴索注射液可以有效缓解咳嗽、哮喘患者的临床症状，明显提高肺功能，治疗效果确切，值得在临床中推广应用。
