目的：将PDCA循环管理方法运用于抗菌药物临床应用管理中，规范抗菌药物管理。方法：以PDCA 循环为基本理论指导抗菌药物管理，通过该理论保障抗菌药物管理的持续改进。结果：抗菌药物管理得到规范，各项专控指标达标。结论：利用PDCA循环能有效促进抗菌药物临床应用管理。%Objective:The plan-do-check-action cycle methods apply to clinical application of antimicrobial drugs management .
