妊娠合并急性阑尾炎44例临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨妊娠合并阑尾炎尽早诊断和尽早手术对预后的影响。方法：2004年6月～2012年6月收治44例妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。对我院妊娠合并阑尾炎早期明确诊断，尽早手术对预后的影响。结果：临床表现为急腹症，除4例患者因并发腹膜炎，病情危重转上级医院治疗外，所有患者均行阑尾切除术，流产6例，早产5例，死胎3例，无产妇死亡。结论：妊娠合并结妊娠期急性阑尾炎的诊治经验，防止流产、早产、死胎等并发症发生。%Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestation , diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis .Methods:In 2004 June to 2012 June in our hospital 44 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed .Results:The clinical manifestations of acute abdomen , except 4 patients complicated with peritonitis , critically ill to the hospital treatment , all patients under-went appendectomy , 6 cases of abortion , 5 cases of premature delivery , 3 cases of stillbirth , no maternal death .Conclusion:The experi-ence of diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis in pregnancy , abortion, premature birth, stillbirth, pre-vent the occurrence of complications such as .methods:appendicitis in pregnancy early diagnosis in our hospital , early operation should be the key to treatment .
