黄枇烟对肺癌患者免疫功能、血液流变学及凝血功能变化的影响

摘要

Objective; To observe the effects of huangpi smoke on immunologic function, hemorheology indexes and coagulation function of lung cancer patients.rnMethods: 60 Cases with lung cancer were divided into two groups, treatment group contained 32cases, control group contained 28 cases, control group was given symptomatic treatment, treatment group was given huangpi smoke to indraw on the basis of symptomatic treatment. T lymphocyte subsets,hemorheology indexes and PT,APTT were determined before and after treatment. Results; To compare with control group, T lymphocyte subsets CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD4VCD8+ of patients in treatment group were obviously raised after treated, the difference between treatment group and control group was significant, PT and APTT of lung cancer patients were obviously prolonged after treating with huangpi smoke, hemorheology indexes such as fibrinogen, blood viscosity, plasm viscosity and hematocrit of lung cancer patients were significantly decreased after treating with huangpi smoke. Conclusion: Huangpi smoke can enhance immunologic function of lung cancer patients,improve the hypercoagulable state.%目的:观察黄枇烟对肺癌患者免疫功能、血液流变学及凝血功能变化的影响.方法:60例肺癌患者,其中治疗组32例,对照组28例.对照组给予一般对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予黄枇烟吸入.观察治疗前后两组肺癌患者T细胞亚群、凝血时间和血液流变学各项指标的变化.结果:与对照组比较,治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+有明显增高(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后PT、APTT时间明显延长(P＜0.01),Fg、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积均明显降低(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论:黄楷烟可提高肺癌患者机体免疫功能,改善肺癌患者血液高凝、高黏状态.
