病人参与型护理模式对慢性病人生存质量影响的研究

摘要

Objective　To investigate the effect of nursing model in which patients participated on quality of life .Method 293 patientas with chronic disease were radomly diveded into the study group and control group .Study group participated in decision-making in health and activity as possisble Patients in control group accepted routine nursing .Anxiety,depression,quality of life,capacity of care by oneself and comprehension for health information of patients in two groups were evaluated when admission and discharge from hospital.Result　Compared with the control group,the improvement in anxiety,depression,quality of life and comprehension for health information of the study group was significant .Conclusion　Nursing model in which patients participated can relieve psychological pressure and improve quality of life of patients with chronic disease.%目的　究病人参与型护理模式对慢性病人生存质量的影响。方法将293例病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组参与健康决策及力所能及的自理。对照组常规护理。分别于入院时及出院前测量两组病人的焦虑、抑郁状况，生活质量，自理能力及健康知识掌握情况。结果　验组病人在出院时焦虑、抑郁状况的改善及生存质量、自理能力、健康知识获得等方面都非常显著地优于对照组。结论　人参与型护理模式可减轻慢性病人的心理压力及提高生存质量。
