冠心病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的健康教育实施效果及护理体会

摘要

目的：探讨冠心病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健康教育实施效果及护理体会，以便更好地提高护理水平、改善患者预后。方法对2011年8月－2012年8月医院收治的冠心病合并慢阻肺患者158例患者进行疾病知识教育、心理教育、休息与运动指导、用药指导、排便指导等健康教育，干预前后均对患者进行生命质量测评量表的调查，比较干预前后的生命质量。结果干预后，患者日常生活能力、社会活动能力、抑郁心理和焦虑心理均得到了明显的改善，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．001）。结论通过加强对冠心病合并慢阻肺患者进行健康教育，能够使患者处于接受治疗的最佳状态，提高患者自身健康维护能力和生活质量。%Objectives To summarize experience of health education and nursing of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) ,and to improve the care level and the patient outcome .Methods Disease knowledge education ,psychological education ,rest and exercise guidance ,medication guidance ,and defecation guidance were conducted for 158 patients with CHD and COPD in our hospital from Au‐gust 2011 to August 2012 .The life quality before and after the intervention was compared by life quality evaluation scale .Results After the interventions ,the patients'daily life ability ,social activity ability ,depression and anxiety were obviously improved .The difference was statistically significant (p value is less than 0 .001) .Conclusions Strengthening health education on patients with CHD and COPD could make patients treated in the best state ,and improve health maintenance ability and life quality .
