武汉市育龄人群免费避孕药具知晓和获取情况调查研究

摘要

Objectives To understand the awareness and access condition of the activities ‘country providing con-traceptives free’among reproductive population,and to explore the related influencing factors in Wuhan city.Meth-ods Cross-sectional survey was carried out among reproductive population who participated in the activity of ‘re-ceiving free contraceptive by mail’in 2014 by using self-designed electronic questionnaires.Results The awareness rate of free contraceptives of reproductive population was 73.5%,and the access rate was only 39.3%.Compared with women,men had higher awareness rate of free contraceptives (OR = 1.459,95%CI :1.01 5 ~ 2.098 ).The awareness rate and access rate of population younger than 30 years old was 1.5 times and twice respectively as for the people older than 35 years old.Conclusions Contraception knowledge education should be strengthened among reproductive population more than 30 years old,especially female,and the awareness and utilization rate of free con-traceptives of reproductive population should be improved.%目的：了解武汉市育龄人群对国家免费提供避孕药具的知晓和获取情况及其相关影响因素.方法采用横断面调查的方法,对参加2014年武汉市计划生育药具管理站开展的邮箱免费领取计生药具宣传活动的育龄人群采用自行设计的电子问卷进行调查.结果育龄人群对免费避孕药具的知晓率为73．5％,获取率较低,仅为39．3％.与女性相比,男性对免费避孕药具的知晓率较高,OR 值1．459(1．015~2．098)；年龄小于30岁者的知晓率和获取率分别是年龄大于35岁者的1．5倍和2倍.结论应加强30岁以上育龄人群,尤其是女性的避孕知识教育,提高育龄人群对免费避孕药具的知晓率和使用率.
