医学生手机使用动机、手机依赖及人际交往效能感的交互作用研究

摘要

Objective This paper aims to study the interaction among motivation of using mobile phone,mobile phone dependence and interpersonal contact efficacy of medical college students,and to offer a proposal in order to prevent mobile phone dependence and improve interpersonal communication.Methods According to the departments and grades,1 044 cases were selected by stratified cluster sampling from a medical college.Data was collected by mo-bile phone use questionnair,index of mobile phone addiction scale(M PAI)and the college students'sense of interper-sonal association efficacy scale.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the linear relationship among varia-bles.Path analysis based on structural equation model was used to analyze the interaction.Results Motivation of u-sing mobile phone could positively predict mobile phone dependence and interpersonal contact efficacy of medical col-lege students.The values were 0.45 and 0.28(P<0.05).Because mobile phone dependence was a mediator variable, motivation of using mobile phone could negatively predict interpersonal contact efficacy of medical college students.The value was-0.07(P<0.05).Conclusion There were direct and indirect relationship among motivation of using mobile phone,mobile phone dependence and interpersonal contact efficacy.If we took reasonable measures to balance them,it's beneficial to the physical and mental health of medical college students.%目的 探讨医学生手机使用动机、手机依赖及人际交往效能感的交互作用,提出针对性教育建议,预防手机依赖,改善人际交往现状.方法 以专业、年级作为分层特征进行分层整群抽样,从医科院校随机抽取1044名医学生作为研究对象.利用手机使用情况问卷、手机成瘾指数量表(M PAI)和大学生人际交往效能感问卷收集资料,运用Pearson相关分析法分析各变量间的线性关系;利用结构方程模型法进行路径分析,进一步明确三者的交互作用.结果 手机使用动机对手机成瘾和大学生人际交往效能均起正向预测作用,效应值分别为0.45和0.28 (P<0.05);手机使用动机通过手机成瘾中介变量,负向预测大学生人际交往效能,效应值为-0.07(P<0.05).结论 手机使用动机、手机依赖及人际交往效能感存在直接和间接关系.采取合理的措施,平衡其关系,将有利于医学生的身心健康.
