近共沸制冷剂R134a/R1234yf的PVTx性质的实验研究

         

摘要

为了获得混合制冷剂R134a/R1234yf的热物性数据,以Burentt法为基础搭建的高精度PVTx试验台,测定了混合制冷剂R134a/R1234yf质量分数为40%/60%,65%/35%和60%/40%、温度范围为268 K~323 K的PVT性质,并且拟合了三种不同配比的混合工质的气态维里方程。实验数据与方程的平均误差为1%左右,具有较好的重合度,为进一步研究混合制冷剂R134a/R1234yf气液相平衡特性奠定了基础。%In order to obtain the thermophysical properties of mixture refrigerant R134a/R1234yf, the PVT properties of mixture refrigerant R1234yf/R134a with mass fraction 40%/60%, 65%/35%,60%/40% in the range of 268 K~323 K were measured by using high-precision PVTx apparatus which is based on the Burnett method, and the gas virial equation of these mixed refrigerants was fitted based on the measured data. The average error between experimental data and equation is about 1%. It turned out that the experimental data agreed well with the equations, which provides the basis for further research on the liquid-vapor equilibrium characteristics for the mixed refrigerant of R134a/R1234yf.
