种植全口义齿咬合重建的颌位与咬合

随着种植技术的不断发展,无牙颌种植修复已广泛应用于临床.咬合重建是对牙列的咬合状态进行改造和重新建立,操作复杂,尽管对于传统义齿的咬合重建已有大量的研究,但对于种植修复报道较少.本文将对种植全口义齿咬合重建的颌位与咬合做一综述,以期为临床修复治疗提供参考.%With the continuous development of dental implant technology,dental implant restoration in the edentulous patients has been widely applied to clinical therapy.Occlusal reconstruction is to modify the occlusal state of the dentition and re-established.The actual operation is cha lenging.Despite numerous researches on the occlusal reconstruction of the traditional denture,it has less research on implant prosthesis.This article reviews the jaw relationship and occlusion of full-mouth rehabilitation in dental implant restoration to provide references for clinical prosthodontic treatment.
