云南省原发性高血压并发腩卒中患者脑卒中防治知识的调查及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的 了解高血压并发脑卒中患者脑卒中防治知识的知晓情况.方法 采用便利抽样的方法,对100例35岁以上的高血压合并脑卒中患者进行调查,调查患者的社会人口学资料、脑卒中防治知识,包括生活起居、运动、饮食、脑卒中危险因素、服药、血压监测、卒中征兆、紧急处理8个方面的内容.结果 100例原发性高血压患者的脑卒中防治知识得分为(63.22±20.68)分.其中对饮食维度的知识掌握最好,排在第一;对脑卒中发病征兆方面的知识掌握最差,排在最后一位.服用降压药、合并冠心病是高血压患者掌握脑卒中相关知识的影响因素.结论 原发性高血压并发脑卒中患者的脑卒中防治知识水平偏低,并受服用降压药等因素的影响.为促进高血压患者掌握脑卒中防治知识,建议加大对高血压患者的健康指导,加强高血压的二级预防和脑卒中的一级预防.%Objective To investigate stroke prevention knowledge among primary hypertension stroke patients.Methods The survey was conducted among 100 primary hypertensive stroke patients older than 35 years old for sociodemographic information,and stroke prevention knowledge.Results The stroke prevention knowledge score of 100 patients was (63.22 ± 20.68) points,diet dimension got the best score,came in first,to master the knowledge of the incidence of stroke signs was the worst,came in last.Blood pressure medication,coronary heart disease were stroke-related knowledge influencing factors.Conclusions The level of stroke prevention knowledge among primary hypertension stroke patients is low.In order to help hypertensive stroke patients improve their stroke prevention knowledge,health education should be promoted.
