目的 探讨海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘(CS-DAVF)患者经静脉入路行血管内栓塞治疗的安全性及有效性.方法 回顾性分析2014-01 — 2017-10 新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经外科经静脉入路使用onxy 胶联合弹簧圈栓塞治疗的18 例CSDAVF患者的临床及影像学资料.结果 栓塞后即刻血管造影显示完全栓塞者15 例(83.3% ) ,次全栓塞者3 例.1 例患者术中出现暂时性心动过缓,术中给予对症治疗.出现同侧外展神经麻痹2 例,一过性同侧视力减退1 例.结论 经随访,经静脉入路使用Onxy 胶联合弹簧圈行血管内栓塞治疗CS-DAVF 的方法安全?疗效确定.%Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of intravascular embolization in patients with cavernous si-nus dural arteriovenous fistula (CS-DAVF) via venous approach .Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2014 to October 2017 ,the clinical and imaging data of 18 CS-DAVF patients treated with onxy glue and coil embolization were analyzed in Depart-ment of Neurosurgery ,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University .Results The immediate angiography after em-bolization showed that 15 cases (83.3％ ) were completely embolized and 3 cases were subtotal embolism .In 1 case ,the problem of temporary bradycardia occurred during the operation ,and symptomatic treatment was given during the operation .2 cases had ipsi-lateral abduction nerve palsy ,and 1 case had an abnormal ipsilateral visual acuity .Conclusion After follow-up ,the method of in-travascular embolization of CS-DAVF with onxy glue combined with coils for the treatment of CS-DAVF is safe and effective .
