J-TEXT托卡马克电场漂移电子注入偏压电源研制

         

摘要

从偏压电源主电路结构(AC/DC-电容滤波-桥式Buck变换-二阶LC滤波)出发,建立正电压输出AC小信号等效模型.利用电压型PWM负反馈原理建立偏压闭环控制模型,采用非常规PID控制流程算法,以高速TMS320F2812数字控制器件为核心绘制PCB控制板,实现偏压稳定控制.样机测试证明:偏压电源具有优良的稳态性能和快速的动态响应,能稳定实现-800~800 V小纹波输出,具有一定的实用价值.%According to bias power supply circuit topology (AC/DC-capacity filter-Buck converter-LC filter), AC small-signal analytical model was built in steady-state positive voltage output. Through voltage PWM feedback control with a particular PID algorithm, closed-loop control model was built and high-speed TMS320F2812 -PCB panel was printed to ensure that bias can run stably and safely. Prototype test: bias has well stable performance and fast dynamic response; -800-800 V adjustable with a small ripple output; intelligent control strategy; certain practical value.
