太阳电池抗激光辐射效应研究

摘要

Laser can not only apply to tactical air defense,war zone anti-missile,attack and slaughter enemy as conventional weapon,destroy tank and plane,but also apply to destroy enemies' satellite.The effects of YAG laser's radiation on solar cell for satellite were introduced,which was applied to satellite,and the laser's damage ways and the effect on solar cell were explained according to experience's result.%激光武器不仅可用于战术防空、战区反导,像常规武器那样直接杀伤敌方人员、击毁坦克、飞机等,同时还可用摧毁对方的卫星.介绍了YAG激光武器对卫星用太阳电池的辐射效应,通过实验结果阐述了激光武器对太阳电池的损伤方式和损伤效应.
