噪声性聋的发病机制及研究进展

摘要

随着社会工业的发展,噪声广泛存在于人类的生活和工作环境中.噪声性听力损失(noise-inducedhearing loss,NIHL)的发病率日益增加,从动物实验到临床研究,NIHL一直受到广泛的关注.本文就NIHL的病理生理学,临床预防和治疗这些领域的现状和进展进行综述.%With the development of the industrialization society,the noise exists diffusely in our living and working environment.The incidence of noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) is increasing.From animal experiments to clinical researches,NIHL has been received wide attention.In this paper,we will describe the recent advances in pathophysiology,clinical prevention and treatment of NIHL.
