Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of children with obstructive sleep apnea Syndrome (0SAS). Methods 36 children with 0SAS were treated by temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation of tonsils and/or adenoids,then to analysis the clinical effect. Results 34 cases were totally cured (94.4%),and 2 cases presented remarkably response (5.6%). Half year after the operation,the mean of apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and lowest oxygen saturation (LSa02) showed an obvious improvement than before with a statistical significance (P<0.05). No recurrence was found after one year of follow-up. Conclusion The temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation is an effective and safe technique in the treatment of 0SAS in children.%目的 探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的低温等离子手术方法及其疗效.方法 对符合阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的36例儿童行低温等离子扁桃体切除和/或腺样体消融治疗,对其疗效进行观察. 结果 34例患儿临床症状完全消失,2例好转.术后半年,行多导睡眠监测,提示呼吸暂停低通气指数较术前明显降低,最低血氧饱和度较术前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访一年,无一例复发. 结论 低温等离子射频是治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的安全有效方法.
