Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fluid acupuncture therapy injected into Tiantu point on allergic rhinitis. Methods Included in this study were 180 patients with allergic rhinitis, randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group. Patients in fluid acupuncture therapy group (FATG) were treated by BCG polysaccharide injection injected into Tiantu point, twice one week, combined with health education, while those in controlling group (CG) were only given health education, both with the therapeutic duration lasted for four weeks. Then, observed in a comparative way were the total effective rates at the fourth week following the therapy begun and by the end of sixth and twelfth months after the therapy ended respectively, as well as those in the improving levels of scores of nasal symptoms and signs between the two groups. Results The total effective rates at the fourth week following therapy begun and by the end of sixth and twelfth months after the therapy ended were 88.9%, 96.7% and 95.6% in FATG, while ones in CG were 56.6%, 69.8% and 70% respectively, with significantly statistical significance between the two groups in their differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Fluid acupuncture therapy injected into Tiantu point holds better outcomes in both of short-and long-term therapeutic effects for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.%目的 观察天突穴水针疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 将180例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为水针疗法组及对照组,各90例.分别采用天突穴水针疗法联合健康宣教biw、只用健康宣教两种方法,疗程为四周.观察4周、6个月及12个月前后喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻堵及鼻黏膜肿胀程度的改善程度及积分变化.结果 治疗4周后总有效率:水针疗法组88.9%,对照组56.6%;治疗6个月后总有效率:水针疗法组96.7%,对照组69.8%;治疗12个月后总有效率:水针疗法组95.6%,对照组70%;两组间疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 天突穴水针疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的近期疗效及远期疗效均确切,可供临床推广应用.
