Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of negative pressure drainage after the conventional treatment to acute periarthritis of root and the effect of interleukin 1β (IL-1β), c-reactive protein (CRP) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels. Methods To choose our hospital 140 cases of patients with acute periarthritis of root (140teeth), random method is divided into research group and control group, each group of 70 cases (70teeth). The control group was treated with conventional open pulp drainage, the study group in the conventional basis to give negative pressure suction drainage treatment,to use digital pain assessment method (visual analoguescale, VAS) evaluation of curative effect, compare two groups of clinical total effective rate, to observe root canal IL-1β, CRP, levels of PGE2 may change. Results Two groups of VAS difference comparison, the team obviously lower than the control group, the statistical analysis shows significant difference (P<0.01), the team IL-1βdifference change, CRP, PGE2 levels were significantly greater than the control group (all P<0.01), significant difference was found in the two groups total effective treatment (P<0.01). Conclusions On regular basis to the negative pressure drainage in treatment of acute periarthritis of root, can obviously relieve symptoms, improve the IL-1β, CRP, PGE2 levels, with the popularization and application value.%目的 探讨急性根尖周炎常规治疗后予以负压引流治疗的临床疗效及对白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平影响.方法 选择我院收治的急性根尖周炎患者140例(140颗患牙),随机分为研究组与对照组,每组70例(70颗患牙).对照组予以常规开髓引流治疗,研究组在常规基础上给予负压引流治疗,采用数字化疼痛评估法(visual analoguescale,VAS)评估疗效,比较两组临床治疗有效率,观察根管内IL-1β、CRP、PGE2水平的变化.结果 两组VAS差值比较,研究组明显低于对照组,统计学分析可见显著差异性(P<0.01),研究组IL-1β、CRP、PGE2水平变化差值均明显大于对照组(均P<0.01),两组治疗有效率差异显著(P<0.01).结论 常规基础上予以负压引流治疗急性根尖周炎,能够明显缓解症状,改善IL-1β、CRP、PGE2水平,具推广应用价值.
