Objective To observe the efficacy of oral proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 28 patients with laryngeal contact granuloma confirmed by histopathology from August 2008 to August 2015. Thirteen patients received surgical procedures, other 15 cases received oral proton pump inhibitors therapy. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results In the thirteen patients who received surgical Procedures, 9 cases excised by coblation and 4 cases excised by CO2 laser. 8 cases were cured, 5 cases recurred within 2 to 3 months. One patient accepted second surgical procedures was still invalid. In the received oral proton pump inhibitors therapy group, 11 patients were cured. The cure rate had no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Oral proton pump inhibitors is effective for laryngeal contact granuloma, it should be recommended the first choice for the treatment of the disease.%目的 观察喉接触性肉芽肿患者口服质子泵抑制剂的治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2008年8月~2015年8月,经组织病理确诊的28例喉接触性肉芽肿的患者.其中13例接受手术治疗;15例接受口服质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitor PPI)治疗,对比观察两组的疗效.结果 在13例接受手术治疗的患者中,9例接受等离子切除术,4例接受CO2激光切除术.8例治愈,余5例术后2-3月内复发,1例接受2次手术后,仍无效.15例接受口服质子泵抑制剂的患者中,11例治愈.两组间治愈率比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 口服质子泵抑制剂可以作为喉接触性肉芽肿的首先治疗方法.
