不同花生品种(系)萌发期耐盐性的鉴定与评价

         

摘要

Salt — tolerance indexes of 41 peanut materials, including relative germination potential, relative germination rate and germination index were identified to screen salt - tolerant varieties. Results showed that germination of peanut seeds was significantly inhibited by salt, and the effect was enhanced by increasing salt concentration. 0.5% NaCl could be selected as the final concentration for salt -tolerant identification, in which tolerant differences among varieties were obvious. Cluster analysis showed that 41 entries could be divided into 5 groups (A, B, C, D and E) at Euclidean Distance 15. Varieties in group A showed strong salt tolerance, while those in group E were salt sensitive. In addition, there were significant differences of tolerant concentration among varieties from different regions, and varieties from Henan province had strong salt tolerances than the others. Advanced lines were found more tolerant to salt. This research identified 3 salt - tolerant and 2 salt - sensitive varieties which could be used for related research.%以相对发芽势、相对发芽率和相对发芽指数为指标对41个花生品种(系)萌发期的耐盐性进行鉴定.结果表明,盐胁迫对花生种子萌发有显著的抑制作用,这种抑制效应随着胁迫浓度的增加而增强,0.5% NaCl胁迫能较好反映品种萌发期的耐盐性差异,可用于花生品种资源的耐盐性鉴定.聚类分析表明,在欧氏距离D=15水平上可以细分为A、B、C、D、E共5个类群,其中A类群耐盐性较强,E类群表现为盐敏感.不同地区品种对不同NaC1浓度的耐性差异明显,河南品种的耐盐性较强;不同类型花生品种中以高世代品系的耐盐性较强.本研究筛选到3份耐盐品种和2份盐敏感品种.
