葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症检测方法的研究进展

Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD) deficiency is an X-linked incomplete dominant ge-netic hemolytic disease that afflicts millions of people worldwide.The clinical detections of G6PD deficiency includes qualitative detection, quantitative detection, cytology testing, genetic testing and so on.In this paper, various detec-tion methods for G6PD deficiency are reviewed.%葡萄糖－6－磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症是一种X连锁不完全显性遗传性溶血性疾病，全世界数百万人受此影响。目前，葡萄糖－6－磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症检测方法主要包括定性检测法、定量检测法、细胞学检测法、基因检测法等。该文就各种检测方法学的优缺点作一综述。
