品管圈的PDCA管理模式在胎盘常规石蜡切片中的应用体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of QCC(quality control circles) PDCA(plan-do-check-action cycle) management on the quality of routine paraffin sections. Methods The quality control of routine paraffin sections of the placenta was carried out using the QCC PDCA management model to analyze its effect on the quality of the conventional paraffin sections of the placenta. Results The grade A section percentage of the observation group (97. 40％) was significantly higher than that of the control group(87. 11％) (P < 0. 05).
