母血脐血内脂素与子痫前期新生儿体质量的关系

Objective To investigate the relationship between visfatin in maternal and neonatal serum and preeclampsia neonatal body mass. Methods Among 198 pregnant women, there were 98 preeclampsia (PE) cases (PE group) and 100 normal cases (control group). There were 38 cases of small for gestational age (SGA) infants (SGA group) and 160 cases of appropriate for gestational age (AGA) infants (AGA group). Visfatin in maternal and neonatal serum and neonatal body mass were compared and analyzed in all groups. Results Compared with AGA group, SGA group had higher visfatin in maternal and neonatal serum (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed there was a positive correlation between visfatin contents in maternal and neonatal serum (r=0.613, P=0.005);and visfatin content in maternal serum was positively correlated with neonatal body mass (r=0.702, P=0.004). Conclusion Visfatin in preeclampsia maternal patients is positively correlated with increased neonatal serum. Visfatin in maternal serum is closely related with neonatal body mass, and visfatin in maternal serum shows the possibility of SGA in preeclampsia newborn.%目的：探讨子痫前期孕妇中,母血脐血内脂素与新生儿体质量的关系。方法住院分娩的孕妇198例,其中子痫前期(PE)孕妇98例(PE组),正常孕妇100例(对照组),其新生儿中小于胎龄儿(SGA)38例(SGA组)和适于胎龄儿(AGA)160例(AGA组)。比较分析了各组母血脐血内脂素、新生儿的体质量。结果母血内脂素、脐血的内脂素水平SGA组较AGA组更高(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,脐血中内脂素浓度与母血中内脂素浓度呈正相关(r=0.613, P=0.005)；母血内脂素水平与新生儿体质量呈正相关(r=0.702, P=0.004)。结论子痫前期患者母血内脂素与脐血内脂素升高、呈正相关,母血内脂素与新生儿体质量密切相关,母血内脂素提示了子痫前期新生儿SGA发病的可能。
