空气中PM10浓度与老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病入院的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation between PM10 concentration in air and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly.Method From March 2015 to March 2016,200 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in this study.Among them,there were 105 males and 95 females,aged 58 to 65 years (mean,62.4±1.5 years),PaO2were (85.27±12.69) mmHg and PaCO2were averaged (31.24 ± 2.14) mmHg in the blood gas analysis (P<0.05).The PM10 concentration in the air of 7 days,3 days before admission and the day of admission was collected to analyze the correlation between the number of hospitalized patients and the PM10 concentration in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Result The number of hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was 7 days before admission (β=0.005,t=2.573,P=0.021),the first 3 days (β=0.004,t=1.503,P=0.045)and the day of admission(β=0.047,t=1.678,P=0.035)had a positive correlation with PM10 concentration.The number of hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significantly higher than that of PM10 concentration<50μg/m3 (P<0.05) at 7 days before admission,3 days before admission and PM10 concentration≥50μg/m3 in the day of admission.Conclusion The number of hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly is related to the ambient air pollution and is susceptible to the PM10 concentration in the air.%目的 探讨分析空气中PM10浓度与老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关性.方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者200例,其中男105例,女95例,年龄58~65岁,平均(62.4±1.5)岁,病程从1~20年,平均(15.2±8.7)年,血气分析PaO2平均(85.57±12.69)mmHg,PaCO2平均(31.24±2.14)mmHg.收集其入院前7天、前3天及入院当天的空气中PM10浓度,分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者住院人数与PM10浓度的相关性.结果 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院人数与入院前7天(β=0.005,t=2.573,P=0.021)、前3天(β=0.004,t=1.503,P=0.045)及入院当天(β=0.047,t=1.678,P=0.035)的PM10浓度呈正相关关系.入院前7天、前3天及入院当天空气中PM10浓度≥50μg/m3时老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院人数明显高于PM10浓度<50μg/m3时,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院人数与环境空气污染存在相关性,容易受到空气中PM10浓度的影响.
