全髋关节置换术实施规范的手术配合及护理体会

摘要

Objective:To discuss the key points of the nomative surgery cooperation and nursing interventations of the Total Hip Repalacement.Methods:81 patients taking the THR were involved,all the THR were done by summarizing the clinical data, observing the pre- ,intra-and post-operation situations,carrying out the nursing interventations, and cooperating closely with the surgeons and anesthetists. Results:All the THR were conducted With good cooperation between the doctors and the nurses, achieving satisfactory effect without any serious complications.Conclusion:Perfecting the pre-operation examinations thoroughly , standardizing the procedures of the operation nursing and the cooperation between the doctors and nurses,taking the visiting before and after operation seriously provide a strong guarantee for the process of THR and the atisfactory effect.%　　目的：讨论全髋关节置换术规范的手术配合要点和护理措施。方法：对81例患者施行人工全髋关节置换术，总结临床资料，观察患者术前、术中和术后情况并实施护理，与手术医师和麻醉师密切配合。结果：完成全部手术，医护配合顺利，患者无严重并发症出现，术后效果满意。结论：完善各项术前准备工作，规范的手术护理和医护配合，重视术前术后访视，是顺利完成全髋关节置换术并取得良好术后效果的必要条件。
