奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗上消化道大出血疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗上消化道大出血的疗效.方法：采用奥曲肽(25~50)Lg/h维持泵入及泮托拉唑钠60mg每日2次静滴，治疗60例上消化道大出血的患者.结果：24 h内止血率为48.3%及24~72h内止血率为43.3%，总有效率为91.9%，不良反应较少.结论：奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑钠治疗上消化道大出血疗效显著，值得临床推广.%Objective:Effect of octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium for the treatment of massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:Using octreotide (25~50Lg/h)maintenance of pumping and pantoprazole sodium 60 mg 2 times daily intravenous drip in treating 60 cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage patients.Results:Within 24 h to stop bleeding was 48.3% and 24 to 72 h hemostasis was 43.3%, total effective rate was 91.9%,fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion:It is significant for octreotide combined with pantoprazole sodium for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,worthy of clinical application.
