小儿MRI检查中的护理干预效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the MRI of the nursing intervention measures and effect.Methods:The MRI for three years in our line of 128 cases of preschool children as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups:the intervention group give children comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group given routine care,analyzes the effect of nursing intervention and image quality.Results:Two groups of children scanning situation is:the intervention group scanning effeciency for 93.8% (60/64),image quality was 90.0% (54/60);Control group scanning effeciency for 84.4% (54/64),image quality was 77.8% (42/54);Two groups of children scanning effeciency, image quality (P<0.05).Conclusion:According to different age children on the characteristics of protective safe nursing,psychological nursing and calm care nursing intervention can make children in MRI examination better cooperate,obviously increase scanning effeciency and image quality.%　　目的：探讨小儿MRI检查中的护理干预措施及效果.方法：选取我院三年来行MRI检查的128例学龄前小儿为研究对象，随机分为两组：干预组给予小儿综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，分析其护理干预效果及图像质量情况.结果：两组小儿扫描情况比较：干预组扫描完成率为93.8%(60/64)，图像质量优良率为90.0%(54/60)；对照组扫描完成率为84.4%(54/64)，图像质量优良率为77.8%(42/54)；两组小儿扫描完成率、图像质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：根据不同年龄段小儿的特点进行保护性的安全护理、心理护理及镇静护理等护理干预能够使小儿在MRI检查中更好地配合，明显提高扫描完成率及图像质量.
