53例肿瘤患者PICC并发症分析及护理对策

摘要

Objective:To discuss the reasons for PICC common complications of the cancer patients,clinical manifestations and nursing strategy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of hospital admitted to hospital in December 2011 to February 2012,53 cases of tumor in patients with clinical data,line PICC catheter method for treatment,after the statistics and analysis of patients with PICC common complication and cause and care of countermeasures.Results:The group selected 53 patients 15 cases of catheter PICC complications,concurrentdisease incidence was 28.3%,according to their causes,and give the appropriate care measures were cured. The puncture site bleeding in 3 cases,5 cases of catheter blockage,catheter infection (3 cases),one cases of venous thrombosis,2 cases of phlebitis,pipe slippage in 1 case.Conclusion:The line PICC catheter,strict implementation of standard operating procedures strictly adhere to the contraindications and indications for surgery,in conjunction with the given strict complications prevention and care measures,can effectively reduce the incidence of PICC complications.%　　目的：讨论肿瘤患者PICC常见并发症的原因、临床表现及护理对策.方法：回顾性分析我院于2011年12月~2012年2月入院治疗的53例肿瘤患者的临床资料，对其行PICC置管法进行治疗，后进行统计和分析患者的PICC常见的并发症及原因与护理对策.结果：本组所选53例患者置管PICC后有15例发生不同的并发症，并发症发生率为28.3%，根据其发生原因，给予相应的护理措施，均获得治愈.其中穿刺部位渗血3例、导管堵塞5例、导管感染3例、静脉血栓1例、静脉炎2例、管道滑脱1例.结论：在行PICC置管术时，严格执行标准操作规程，严格掌握手术的禁忌症及适应症，同时配合给予严密的并发症预防和护理措施，可以使PICC并发症的发生率有效降低.
