七氟醚联合顺式阿曲库铵麻醉在结石手术患儿插管中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨七氟醚吸入复合顺式阿曲库铵静脉麻醉在结石患儿膀胱镜下输尿管逆行插管术中的应用.方法：选择需急诊行膀胱镜下输尿管逆行插管术的患儿28例，给予七氟醚吸入复合顺式阿曲库铵静脉麻醉，观察麻醉起效时间、清醒时间、术中各项生命指征、术前后肾功能变化以及麻醉相关不良反应发生情况等.结果：全组病例麻醉实施顺利，追加顺式阿曲库铵不同次数的组间起效时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)，清醒时间并未随着追加次数的增加而增长(P>0.05).术中不同时段的生命体征指标平稳.血尿素氮、血肌苷在术后均有了不同程度的下降，术后第2天基本恢复正常.结论：本组病例采用的七氟醚吸入复合顺式阿曲库铵静脉麻醉方法诱导迅速平稳，镇痛符合手术需要，苏醒迅速完全，不对肾功能造成负担，安全简便，临床效果满意，值得临床推广.%Objective:To study the application of sevoflurane combined with cis-atracurium anesthesia in ureteral retrograde intubation for urinary tract calculi children.Methods:28 cases of children were given sevoflurane inhaled and cis-atracurium intravenous anesthesia.The onset time of anesthesia,wake time,indications of life in surgery,perioperative changes in renal function and anesthesia-related adverse effects were observed.Results:All the patients were anesthetized smoothly and completed the surgery.There was no significant difference with the onset time of an additional cis-atracurium(P>0.05).The wake time was not followed by the number of addition (P>0.05).The vital signs of intraoperative time were stable.BUN,blood inosine after surgery have decreased in varying degrees. Conclusion:The anaesthesia management might have inducing smoothly without exciting time,quick sleep,and not renal burden.It is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
