香菇多糖与金葡素治疗肺癌伴胸腔积液患者疗效比较

摘要

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of lentinan and staphylococcin on lung cancer-induced pleural effusion.Methods:40 cases of lung cancer with pleural effusion were randomly divided into lentinan group and staphylococcin group.After complete drainage of pleural fluid,the 40 patients were al ocated to receive lentinan or staphylococcin by intrapleural injection.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results:The total effective rates were 65% and 75% respectively in lentinan group and staphylococcin group (P>0.05).The two groups had lit le adverse reactions.Conclusion:Both lentinan and staphylococcin are effective for lung cancer-induced pleural effusion with mild side effects.%　　目的：探讨香菇多糖与金葡素治疗肺癌伴胸腔积液的疗效。方法：选择肺癌伴胸腔积液患者40例，随机分为两组，分别向胸腔内注入香菇多糖、金葡素治疗，比较二者的有效率并观察两组毒副反应。结果：香菇多糖组治疗有效率为65%，金葡素组治疗有效率为75%，两组比较差异无统计学意义。两组毒副反应轻微。结论：香菇多糖或金葡素治疗肺癌伴胸腔积液疗效均显著，且毒副反应轻微。
