康复护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨康复护理在创伤性骨折患者康复过程中的应用效果。方法：124例创伤性骨折患者根据骨折部位随机分成4组（椎体组、四肢组、康复组、其他组）。四肢组和其他组使用常规护理方法，椎体组和康复组使用康复护理方法。对比4组并发症以及有关情况并分析。结果：椎体组和其他组发生并发症比四肢组和康复组更多，康复组比四肢组并发症更少（P＜0.05）。4组患者出院半年后的Barthel指数比出院时高得多（P＜0.05）。康复组出院后的Barthel指数比四肢组更高（P＜0.05）。康复组的住院时间比四肢组更短（P＜0.05）。康复组患者满意度比四肢组更高（P＜0.05）。结论：创伤性骨折患者应用康复护理降低并发症的发生几率，减少住院时间，增加患者满意度，效果明显。%Objective: To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fracture. Methods: 124 cases of traumatic fracture were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the fracture site (vertebral body group, limb group, rehabilitation group, other group). Limb group and other groups using conventional nursing methods, vertebral body and rehabilitation group using rehabilitation nursing methods. Compare the 4 groups of complications and the situation and analysis.Results:The complications of vertebral body and other groups were more than that of the limbs and rehabilitation group, and there were fewer complications in the rehabilitation group than those in the limbs (P<0.05). The Barthel index of the 4 groups after six months was much higher than that of discharge (P<0.05). The Barthel index of the rehabilitation group was higher than that of the limbs group (P<0.05). The length of stay in the rehabilitation group was shorter than that in the limbs group (P<0.05). Patients in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the limbs group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing in patients with traumatic fracture reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the length of stay, increase patient satisfaction, the effect is obvious.
